PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1.  Player’s  First & Last Name
2.  Tryout Age Group
3.  Position{s): Preferred, as well as, any positions you have played)
4.  Level of Experience:  # of years playing club, school teams (i.e. Freshman/JV/Varsity)
5.  Player Height
6.  Previous Club Team: Who you competed with this past season. Please include the Age Group, Team Rank(1st Team, 2nd Team, etc. & Coach’s Name)  EXAMPLE:
   CORRECT: Random Volleyball Club 16-1, Coach That Guy
   INCORRECT:  Random Volleyball Club 16 Blue
7. REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS: You must still register & pay for tryouts.  Please indicate in the registration form that you cannot make it to your tryouts. There is a space to do that at the bottom of the page next to the age group selection)
8. ATTACH FILM (if any): Attaching a video or link to the email will help us evaluate players more efficiently. 
9. WHY ARE YOU MISSING?: Please explain reason for missing tryouts.

It is very important to do everything you can to attend the scheduled Tryout Date & Time for your specific age group.  We do understand there are good reasons otherwise so we would like to have every opportunity to try to evaluate you. 

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND  attending an AVC Summer Camp BEFORE TRYOUTS to be evaluated.  If you can do this, please make sure to confirm in your email which camp you're signing up for so we can make a note for the coaches to evaluate you for a team. 

If you cannot attend a summer camp, please try and schedule a private lesson where you can be evaluated prior to tryouts.
