AVC Admin Team
AVC recognizes that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Our refund policy aims to balance flexibility and fairness.
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the camp are eligible for a full refund. In the event that a cancellation is made after this time, the customer will receive a credit to be used towards a future AVC camps and clinics, excluding private lessons and club dues.
For AVC Summer Camps, a non-refundable $50 administration fee applies to all fully cancelled registration. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after a camp commences, unless under extenuating circumstances such as injury or illness. In such cases, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of AVC management.
