AVC 2024-2025 Club Season Tryouts

Specific age group tryout times are listed BELOW or on our Girls Tryout Times Tab.  It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and preferred, that players tryout WITH their own age group.  This is the most accurate way for our coaches to designate players to the right teams based off of skill in comparison with their peers that tryout for our club.  

Registration/Check In for each Age Group session is listed on the tryout times table, but will each begin 30 minutes prior to the tryout time.  Parents are not allowed in the facility during tryouts.  After Registration, all parents will be directed to our location close by where we will be holding Parent Meetings for each age group.

PARENT MEETING:  We will be hosting parent meetings for each age group at the designated times listed below.  These meetings will be held with our Club Director, Jake Spain.  He will be going over specific information about the age group your daughter is trying out for and each team we are offering.  Schedules/Cost information will also be given at this meeting.

2-Week CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

AVC understands that circumstances may arise which require cancellation of a reservation. Therefore, our refund policy has been designed to accommodate such occurrences while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.

Cancellations made at least seven days (2 weeks) prior to the commencement of the camp are eligible for a full refund. In the event that a cancellation is made after this time, the customer will receive a credit to be used towards a future AVC camps and clinics, excluding private lessons and club dues. 

Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this period, unless under extenuating circumstances such as injury or illness. In such cases, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of AVC management.

Location:

We have our own facility solely dedicated to AVC practices, clinics and camps. 

From Marin County and North, it is located right off of the last exit on the 580 Hwy right before the start of the Richmond Bridge.  

From the East Bay, it is located off of the first exit right as you get off the Richmond Bridge.  The exit is right where the bridge ends.
