Drop in Open Gyms are first come, first serve and the space is limited to the first 20 people. Your parent must sign a waiver to participate in open play and/or conditioning. Conditioning with Konrad is a great way to stay in shape over the summer and will ensure you are ready for your fall season. Don’t be sore the first week of
